AGC Networks in its Board meeting announced that it has implemented the reorganization of its top management. Mr SK Jha is moving to a larger role at Aegis Limited and has therefore,resigned from the board and also from the position of the Managing Director of AGC Networks Limited.

The board is in the process of appointing a CEO/MD with extensive domain expertise. In the interim, a team of directors and company leaders will manage the operations of the company.Accordingly, Mr Sanjeev Verma is being appointed as the Executive Director and Mr Neeraj Gupta as a Non-Executive Director on the board.
