OREANDA-NEWS. Marco Fossataro took office as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of OJSC Enel OGK-5 following appointment by the Company's Board of Directors. Mr Fossataro replaces Alessandro Bucchieri who is taking up other responsibilities within the Enel Group in Rome. Enel OGK-5 Board of Directors also appointed Mr Fossataro Member of the Company's Executive Board.

Born in Italy in 1971, Marco Fossataro has a truly global professional and educational experience, having studied and worked in Italy, USA, UK, Spain and The Netherlands.

An expert in finance, financial accounting and control, tax and risk management, Marco Fossataro has been working at the Enel Group since 2003. Prior to his appointment as CFO of Enel OGK-5 Mr Fossataro held several management positions with the Enel Group. Such positions include: Head of Enel Group Procurement Control in Rome, CFO at Enel Green Power North America Inc. in the USA and, in the Netherlands, General Manager of Enel Finance International N.V. as well as General Manager of Enel Investment Holding B.V. Mr Fossataro also served as Member of the Boards of Directors and of the Commissions of several Enel Group companies worldwide, including, in Russia, the Enel OGK-5 Internal Audit Commission.

Marco Fossataro holds a joint MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School (2007) and an Executive Leadership for Energy Certificate from Harvard Business School (2012). In 1997, he graduated with honors in Business Administration at “La Sapienza” University of Rome.
