OREANDA-NEWS. ASKA insurance company has devised an emergency response plan to minimise the risks associated with an active phase of military operations in Donetsk Oblast and to ensure an uninterrupted service of its clients. The plan is to transfer some employees from Donetsk-based HQ to Zaporozhye if connection or power shortage problems take a long time and block the company's operations.

As a socially responsible company ASKA cares about its employees. Those who cannot reach the workplace safely will work from remote locations. The plan includes the necessary interaction mechanisms to guarantee an effective delivery of all services.

Today the HQ and senior management of ASKA continue to perform steadily in Donetsk without any changes in the format or operating hours. The company discharges all obligations to its policy holders in full.

Аndrey Shukatko, CEO of ASKA: “Our main goal is to provide high-quality services to our clients and identify the risks that may occur due to the military operations in the east of Ukraine. Our plan will allow us to respond quickly and maintain stable operations of our team and the company without compromising our key business processes. The current situation in the region will not affect our insurants. We are ready to respond promptly to any circumstances.”
