OREANDA-NEWS. According to the preliminary data of the Georgian National Statistics Office "GeoStat", in January-July 2014, Georgia's foreign trade turnover made USD 6 480 million (excluding spontaneous trade), that is by 14% more as compared with the analogous period of  2013.

Over the period under review, export made over USD 1 665 million (by 13% more), while import - over USD 4.815 million (by 15% more).

Georgia's unfavorable trade balance made USD 3 150 million, 49% of the total foreign trade turnover.
