OREANDA-NEWS. Starting from today AccessBank has further simplified the documentation process for loan applications. The Bank has signed an agreement with the operator of "E-Government" portal - the Data Processing Centre under the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies enabling the customers of AccessBank to use "E-reference letter".

E-reference is a e-document developed by the "E-Government" portal with the customer's presence. Having joined the project AccessBank has further simplified the documentation process for loan applicants. "Central", "Mingachevir", "20-th January", "Nizami", "Khalglar dostlugu", "Khachmaz", "Sabail", "Bulbul", "Hazi Aslanov", "Sulh", "Binagadi" and "Mardakan" branches of the Bank already offer the "e-reference" service. Soon all the branches will start using the system.

E-reference letter simplifies loan registration process. A customer сan form the electronic reference from the e-government portal using an AccessBank computer. A customer may also visit www.e-gov.az and draft an e-reference letter in "e-reference letter under personal information" and choose AccessBank at the section of "Sending information for loan application" then send it online. The customer has to either print the e-reference letter stating its workplace, salary and other information or apply for a loan to any AccessBank branch using the specific number of the e-reference letter. E-government portal is also accessible using the simplified password codes and e-signature certificate as well as "ASAN imza" signature and other identification methods proposed by the portal. .
