The cost of all incoming calls in national and on-net roaming is free for the option’s users. Profitable terms of the “Zero everywhere” service are available to all Tele2 subscribers including corporate clients in different Russian regions. A subscriber fee totals 2 rubles per day including VAT. In order to connect the “Zero everywhere” service, a Tele2 subscriber should send a USSD request to *143*21#. To disconnect, clients need simply dial *143*20#.

Outgoing calls and SMS are charged in compliance with the subscriber’s active tariff plan. The first connection to “Everywhere zero” is free of charge, any other use of the option costs 30 rubles including VAT. Roman Volodin,chief commercial officer at Tele2:
