Regular Meeting of the JSC TATNEFT's Board of Directors Was Held
OREANDA-NEWS. A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC TATNEFT chaired by R.N. Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, was held in Almetyevsk on February 27, 2015.
The Board of Directors summed up the results of the JSC TATNEFT's budget execution in January and approved the budget for March 2015.
The participants of the meeting discussed the implementation of measures to ensure the sustainability of the Company in the unstable economic situation caused by the decline in world oil prices. In the frame of the activities considered, the plans provide for continuation of the work towards reduction and optimization of costs, rapid response to the impact of external economic factors, while maintaining the level of oil production and refining, fulfilling social commitments and implementing the strategic objectives of the Company.
The Board of Directors considered the issues of holding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC TATNEFT on the Company's performance in 2014 and a number of other issues of the Company's activities.
