OREANDA-NEWS. Banco ABC Brasil S.A. (Banco ABC Brasil), acting thorough its Cayman Islands Branch, has successfully closed a US\\$200 million Syndicated Term Loan Facility.

The Facility was signed on 18 August 2015 and was arranged by Bank ABC, HSBC Securities (HSBC) and National Bank of Abu Dhabi PJSC (NBAD), the Initial Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners. The Facility was initially launched for US\\$150 million and following a significant oversubscription Banco ABC Brasil decided to upsize the Facility.

The Facility has a tenor of 2 years and will be used by Banco ABC Brasil for general corporate purposes.

Bank ABC, HSBC and NBAD also acted as the Joint Coordinators for the Facility, with NBAD acting as the Agent.
