KazTransOil says Order of Chairman of Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of Ministry of National Economy of Republic of Kazakhstan was invalidated and revoked
OREANDA-NEWS. KazTransOil JSC (Astana), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE that by the decision of the specialized inter-district economic
court of Astana of August 5, 2015
"... to invalidate and revoke the order of the Chairman of the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 19, 2015 No.247-ОД "Approval of the temporary compensatory tariff for the regulated service to pump oil to the domestic market through the pipelines of KazTransOil JSC"."
