(NYSE: HIFR) ("InfraREIT" or the "Company") today announced its plans to release financial results for the third quarter 2015 on Friday, Nov. 6, 2015, before the opening of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.  Copies of the Company's press release will be available on the InfraREIT Web site at www.InfraREITInc.com. 

Management will host a conference call and webcast on the same day, Friday, Nov. 6, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time to discuss the Company's third quarter 2015 results and update its financial outlook. Prepared remarks by

David A. Campbell, Chief Executive Officer, and

Brant Meleski, Chief Financial Officer, will be followed by a question and answer session.
