And October 6, 2015 the 14th Arbitration Court of Appeal (the city of Vologda) as part of the bankruptcy case of OJSC "Tverenergosbyt" reviewed on appeal the ruling of the Arbitration Court of the Tver region of 06.30.2015 on the inclusion of the requirement of IDGC of Centre (bankruptcy creditor) in the amount of 4.3 bln rubles in the register of creditors of the said debtor. The basis for the appeal consideration of the court ruling was the appeal of another bankruptcy creditor OJSC "Tverenergosbyt" - JSC "AtomEnergoSbyt", being not consistent with the ruling of the court. According to the results of a judicial session the Arbitration court of appeal upheld the decision of the court of first instance and the appeal of JSC "AtomEnergoSbyt" - without satisfaction.

Claim-related work is one of the main activities of the company to reduce receivables and it brings tangible effect. If at the beginning of the year in the court proceedings there were 1,349 cases of debt collection under contracts for the provision of electricity transmission services, then as of August their number increased to 1,998. In the course of judicial work, for the given period about 9.5 bln rubles were received to the accounts of IDGC of Centre.

The issue of debt collection is extremely relevant for IDGC of Centre in terms of ensuring reliable energy supply, since the funds received for the electricity transmission services the company spends primarily on construction, modernization and repair of power grid infrastructure.
