OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has published its U.S. Fitch Student Loan ABS Transcript, which features second quarter 2015 indices.

The Fitch Student Loan ABS Transcript currently provides indices and data that track private student loan ABS delinquencies, forbearance, and defaults, as well as unemployment rates in correlation to 90-120 days delinquencies. Additionally, Fitch provides indices and data that track FFELP student loan ABS delinquencies, forbearance, deferment, and defaults, as well as unemployment rates in correlation to 90-120 days delinquencies.

The following items are provided in the Fitch Student Loan ABS Transcript:

--Summary: Indices for delinquencies, forbearance, deferment, gross defaults, cumulative defaults, and unemployment; commentary regarding the indices trends; and the ability to allow users to compare quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) and year-over-year (YoY) data based on criterion selected.
--Data: Data used to generate the indices.
--Transactions: Lists student loan ABS transactions comprising the student loan index.
--Cumulative Defaults: Cumulative default data by vintage.
--Appendix: Index methodology; student loan composition; and definitions.
