E.ON Connecting Energies and Yantarenergo Sign Contract
The contract was entered into as part of the partnership agreement signed earlier this year at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum.
At present, JSC Yantarenergo's grid comprises of about 100,000 points of electric power delivery of which 10% has yet to be automated. This phase of Yantarenergo's dedication to increasing overall efficiency of its network will result in the installation of more than 4,000 meters, thereby dramatically improving the system's energy efficiency and making more services available to the grid company's clients.
The companies have already earlier signed a contractor agreement on the installation of 3,000 meters within JSC Yantarenergo grids, which E.ON Connecting Energies expects to implement within the agreed deadline.
