OREANDA-NEWS. October 30, 2015. National Rating Agency has affirmed its ‘A+’ national scale credit rating on Neva Investment and Construction Company LLC (‘Nevskaya Investment and Construction Company’). The rating was originally assigned on October 6, 2014. It falls under the ‘Holding and Financial Companies’ section of the NRA's rating list.

The main activity of Neva Investment and Construction Company LLC is the management of commercial real estate, namely purchase and renting property, maintenance of its investment and operational characteristics. The company owns a real estate in St. Petersburg (land and commercial real estate).

The rating is underpinned by high-quality assets that generate a stable cash flow, high levels of financial stability, liquidity and profitability, the absence of an external debt, as well as attachment to the strong financial and investment group and potential support from it if necessary.

The rating is constrained by small business scale at its high concentration, which leads to the exposure of the company's current activities to macroeconomic and industry risks that may put pressure on the company's financial performance and result.
