OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has withdrawn its credit rating on Interregional Mortgage Servicing Agency LLC (OOO ‘Interregional Mortgage Servicing Agency’) due to the contract expiry and the company's decision to stop participating in the rating process. The company has been assigned an ‘A-’ exit rating. The ‘A-’ credit rating had been originally assigned on October 7, 2011, and subsequently annually affirmed.

The deterioration of the macroeconomic environment contributed to a significant reduction in lending in the 1H of 2015. There is some uncertainty about the company's future business strategy in view of the difficult situation in the industry, including related to the reorganization of the Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending (AHML).
