Appointment of Gabdulkhaeva to Corporate Policy Director at E.ON Russia
OREANDA-NEWS. Elena Gabdulkhaeva has been appointed as Corporate Policy Director of E.ON Russia.
In 2000, Ms. Gabdulkhaeva graduated from the Law Faculty of the Far Eastern State University with honors (at present, the Far Eastern Federal University). From 1999 to 2005, she worked in different organizations in the capacity of Paralegal, legal counsel, senior legal counsel. In 2005, she joined TNT Express Worldwide (CIS) as Head of the legal department and then continued her career in OBI Russia as Head of the Department of legal, corporate and external affairs. From 2010 to 2015, she worked as Head of the legal division and compliance officer at METRO Cash & Carry Russia.
While working for E.ON Russia, Elena Gabdulkhaeva will be responsible for legal support of the company's business activity, operation of the corporate governance system, interaction with shareholders and management of non-core assets.
