OREANDA-NEWS. February 10, 2016. LATAM Airlines Group S.A. (“LATAM” or “the Company”) (NYSE: LFL / IPSA: LAN / Bovespa: LATM33), announced that the Company received an official letter no. 70/2016-CVM/SRE/GER-2 communicating the approval by CVM of a potential discontinuation of Brazilian LATAM depositary receipts-BDRS level III ("BDRs"), supported by common shares of the company and, consequently, the registration of the foreign issuer, project that is currently being evaluated by the Company.

The project is still under evaluation by LATAM and it would have to be approved in the future for the consideration of the Board of LATAM. In the event that the Board approves the project, the company will publish proper notice to holders of BDR's through an essential fact detailing the date, terms and conditions of the project approved by the Board.
