QATARI INVESTORS GROUP ADDING ITEMS TO THE AGENDA OF THE EGM TO BE HELD ON 24/2/2016

OREANDA-NEWS. Qatari Investors Group would like to add the following items to the EGM:-

 

1. De - listing of Qatari Investors Group from Qatar Stock Exchange and converting it to Private Shareholding Company

 

2. Amending article 3 of QIG’s AOA.

 

Authorizing the board of directors to do the necessary as needed above and execute all required procedures.
