OREANDA-NEWS. April 11, 2016. The renowned British business magazine Trade Finance, named Rabobank “Best Commodity Finance Bank 2016” in their global awards category. Trade Finance, part of Euromoney, handed out the award at its annual Awards of Excellence gala in London. Rabobank deserves this title according to Euromoney on the basis of strong scores on impact, quality, innovation and business in global commodities trade. A jury consisting of independent experts in the market evaluated a shortlist of banks active in the sector. In previous years, Rabobank was the winner of the Best Soft Commodities Award, which stands for Agricultural products such as cocoa, grains, cotton, coffee and sugar. With the Best Commodity Finance Bank Award Rabobank is now being recognized as a worldwide leader in also Metals & Energy commodities such as iron, copper, oil and gas.

10th anniversary
