Sberbank's e-Invoicing Service Now Has More than 150,000 Users
OREANDA-NEWS. The number of users of Sberbank's e-invoicing electronic document management system now exceeds 150,000.
"Over the past year, the number of clients who actively use our e-invoicing service has increased more than eight-fold. In April 2016 we will launch a full-cycle credit electronic document management system for representatives of large and medium-sized business," commented Mikhail Malakhov, Director of Sberbank's Department for Developing Remote Service Channels.
Sberbank actively uses e-invoicing for its own operations. During international investment forum Sochi 2015, Sberbank signed its first electronic agreements using electronic digital signatures. In 2015, the bank transferred its document management with counterparties to an electronic platform for several processes.
Sberbank's e-invoicing won "Product of the Year" at the Banking Industry 2015 awards. The goal of the awards is to find innovative approaches to banking instruments and bring them to the attention of the banking community.
E-invoicing is a universal electronic document management system that helps optimise companies' business processes that involve interacting with each other and tax authorities.
