OREANDA-NEWSKAMAZ, in accordance with the adopted business plan for 2020, expects to sell 29 thousand trucks in the Russian market, the company said. “According to the document, next year Kamaz should sell 35 thousand 709 cars, of which 29 thousand units will be delivered to the Russian market, 6 thousand 709 - to the markets of foreign countries”, the press service said.

Thus, the company plans to maintain sales at the current year level. As previously reported by Kamaz CEO Sergey Kogogin, by the end of 2019, the company intends to sell no more than 29 thousand trucks in the Russian car market. However, the company's export plans have become more ambitious - 6.7 thousand cars in 2020 compared to 5 thousand in 2019.

At the same time, Kamaz expects to occupy a 46% share in the Russian truck market in 2020. Kogogin said earlier that sales of heavy trucks (14-40 tons) in Russia in 2020, according to Kamaz forecast, will fall by 5% or remain at the level of 2019 (about 58 thousand units).
