(NYSE: FDX) have been highly ranked by Logistics Management magazine readers in the 33rd Annual Quest for Quality Awards.  The awards provide the transportation industry with a measure of customer satisfaction and performance excellence among both carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) service providers.

The 2016 ratings of FedEx companies among the Quest for Quality Awards are as follows:

More than 4,725 readers of Logistics Management magazine ranked carriers on the basis of five key criteria:  on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service, and equipment and operations.  The 3PL providers are rated on different criteria: carrier selection and negotiation, order fulfillment, transportation & distribution, inventory management, and logistics information systems.
