Moscow – Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, and Multimedia Art Museum (MAMM) have announced a year-round cooperation in development of modern art. The partnership corresponds to the Tele2 communications concept “Other rules”. It focuses on the operator’s new role as a partner in the clients’ lifestyle and creator of unique mobile-based products.

The Tele2 partnership with MAMM promotes the “Other rules” communications platform launched by the company at the beginning of 2017. Tele2 has overcome a trivial perception of the company as telecom operator and declared its aim to support interests of the clients in all spheres of their lives.

Tele2 is taking part in important cultural events in various regions of Russia, St. Petersburg and Moscow. The operator is introducing “other rules” into exploring the arts and gives its clients privileges during their visits of exhibitions, festivals and educational programs.

It is logical for Tele2 to come into partnership with MAMM – fashionable, interactive and high-tech museum whose projects always become phenomenon in the country’s cultural life.

The Tele2–MAMM first partnership project is an exhibition of Anri Cartier Bresson. Famous French photographer was a founder of humanist photography and creator of the Magnum agency.

Tele2 has opened a VR interactive installation: it allows each visitor to shoot their own pictures while travelling in virtual reality of Moscow of the 50s.

All over the year Tele2 subscribers will have privileges in MAMM. On the “Day of Tele2 clients” that takes place on every first Thursday of the month, the operator’s subscribers will be able to get the second ticket for free. Besides, the company’s subscribers will be able to attend private and exclusive tours of MAMM artifacts.

In partnership with MAMM Tele2 is organizing a series of lectures on the history of arts and modern art. Tele2 clients will get priority entrance by preliminary registration in the event, just as during the visits of the museum’s other events as a part of МАММmusic, МАММliterature, MAMMcinema, MАММdiscussion.

More information on MAMM events is available at the museum’s website.

Andrey Patoka, Deputy CEO for Product, Marketing and Cooperation with Federal Clients:

“We support interests of our clients including those in the sphere of the arts. We see a cultural boom in the society: Muscovites show tremendous interest to exhibitions, lectures, cinema and unusual excursions. As a mobile operator, Tele2 is offering a new experience of exploring the arts with the use of modern technologies. We improve the quality of learning about the arts and bring an idea of “other rules” in this process. Our audience may take part in creation of artefacts, look at works of art in a new perspective and live through unique emotional experience.”

Olga Sviblova, director of Multimedia Arts Museum, Moscow:

“Multimedia Arts Museum is happy and honored to start cooperation with Tele2 – the innovative telecom operator that chose a strategy of “Other rules”. Arts and science bring “other rules” into our lives, thereby expanding personal opportunities and changing lifestyle. Cooperation with Tele2 will help the museum not only build up new links between spectators and the arts but also develop new high-tech projects that will result from cooperation between artists and scientists. Tele2 support will make the museum and its educational projects more accessible for the operator’s clients. Interactive installations will broaden creative opportunities of the museum’s guests.”
