OREANDA-NEWS. Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, and Alfa Bank have connected their clients to Alfa Dialogue service. Users of the option may manage their accounts and banking cards from their mobile phone.

The Alfa Dialogue service allows Tele2 subscribers to get information on their banking account, request a bank statement by SMS, pay off credit loans, transfer funds, top up mobile account and do other things by using a USSD request *142#.

The service does not need any special application or additional programs at the client’s mobile device. The option is available to users of both smartphones and push-button mobile phones.

Tele2 subscribers may use Alfa Dialogue in any place and any time even if there are not enough funds at a mobile account, the client is in roaming or his device has no Internet access. To use the service, the client has to dial *142#, push the call button and follow instructions of the menu.

Tele2 has recently launched a new way to connect Autopay for its subscribers using Alfa Bank services. Clients may now fine tune automatic top-ups by using the personal cabinet of Alfa Click online bank.
