OREANDA-NEWS. Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, has appointed Andrey Patoka to the post of Deputy CEO for Product, Marketing and Cooperation with Federal Clients.

Andrey Patoka will be in chargeof Tele2 new strategy on product portfolio and brand positioning in the market.

Under the Tele2 management structure, Andrey Patoka will head the marketing and product development unit that includes following subdivisions of the company:

  • Directorate for Product;
  • Directorate for Marketing;
  • Directorate for Development of Digital Channel;
  • Directorate for Managing Customer Experience;
  • Directorate for Managing B2B Unit;
  • Directorate for Developing LTE-450;
  • Department for Financial Services.

Additional information

Andrey Patoka graduated from the Red Banner Military Institute of the Defence Ministry. He has more than a 20-year experience in telecommunications including the work in Kombellga, Comincom and Golden Telecom. Prior to joining Tele2, Andrey worked in Vimpelcom where he consequently held positions of Vice President for B2B Business Unit, Executive Vice President and Chief Infrastructure Officer, Executive Vice President in charge of CIS Business Unit.
