OREANDA-NEWS N mid-June, Beeline recorded a decrease in the speed of connecting its subscribers to Mail.ru Group services.

Representatives of the company noted that the reduction in speed was due to the disconnection of direct traffic channels between the operator and the company.

According to Beeline, on June 10, Mail.ru Group unilaterally turned off simplified routing — direct traffic channels between the operator and the social network; as a result, instead of direct traffic return, it goes to Europe. For its part, Mail.ru Group stated that the suspension of the service of a dedicated dedicated direct communication channel with Beeline was due to the fact that the parties did not reach a consensus on the price of SMS services for users of the group's services.

After that, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia stated that it was preparing inquiries to the VimpelCom and Mail.ru Group companies in order to clarify the situation.

What specifically agreed by the parties, not reported.
