OREANDA-NEWS. The investigation organized a check due to a YouTube video of blogger Mikhail Litvin, in which a helicopter lifts a man attached with tape. This was reported by Elena Markovskaya, Senior Assistant to the Head of the Moscow Interregional Transport Administration of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

"During the monitoring of the media by the employees of the Moscow Interregional Investigation Department on Transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia, a video was revealed in which a well-known blogger, financially stimulating the heroes of the plot, lifts one of them attached to a helicopter," Markovskaya said.

It was preliminarily established that from May 15 to May 20, video blogger Mikhail Litvin turned to an individual entrepreneur who owns a Robinson R44 helicopter and agreed to shoot.

On a field near Verkhnee Myachkovo, the pilot allowed the man to be attached with adhesive tape to the lower part of the helicopter's fuselage and "carried out a flight that did not meet safety requirements, exposing the life and health of the hero of the plot to danger." As Markovskaya notes, the pilot acted on the instructions of the blogger.

“On this fact, the Moscow Investigation Department on air and water transport organized a pre-investigation check,” added Markovskaya.

She added that the helicopter has already been withdrawn, the pilot has been suspended from flights, and a procedural decision will be made based on the results of the check.
