TATNEFT Hosted the Young Inventors’ Competition
OREANDA-NEWS TATNEFT Company organized the Young Inventors’ Competition based on the recreational camp Solnechny.
A 2-day Forum was yet another event in a sequence of activities carried out by the Center for Complex Development of Business of TATNEFT aimed at developing scientific and technological potential of TATNEFT employees and implementing innovational ideas. This is the way the Company’s management takes active steps to develop the technical and creative potential of young engineers.
Among 11 participating teams, the first was the team of the Engineering Center, while NGDU Aznakaevskneft and NGDU Leninogorskneft took the second and the third places, accordingly.
In addition, as part of the Forum’s program, a Challenge startup session was organized by Marat Gafitullin, one of the leading coaches in the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving. As a result of the joint brainstorming and discussions, the teams chose the most promising tasks under the technical problems, made presentations of their ideas, shared strong and weak points of the works with their colleagues and answered questions of specialists of TATNEFT and fellow inventors from other teams.
