OREANDA-NEWS. The XVIIIth report and election conference of the Company's young employees was held in TATNTEFT at the premises of the "Yunost” Health Improvement Camp of "Almetyevneft" Oil and Gas Production Division.
The event was attended by 284 delegates from the structural divisions and subsidiaries of PJSC TATNTEFT, service companies, chairpersons of youth committees and young professionals’ councils of enterprises as well as the members of the Company’sCentral Council of Young Professionals.
Rustam Mukhamadeyev, Deputy General Director for Human Resources and Social Development welcomed the delegates to the conference on behalf of the Company's management. He emphasized in his speech that the management of TATNEFT was always supporting workable initiatives of the young professionals of the Joint-Stock Company, which helped them developing professionally and creatively.
Rustam Mukhamadeyev highly appreciated the creative activity of the Company’s young employees and thanked the youth organization for the significant contribution to strengthening the positions of TATNEFT.
A report on the activities of the youth organization in 2017 was presented to the audience by Renat Mamin, the youth leader of TATNEFT. He pointed out in his speech that the Youth Organization followed in its activities the basic framework of Development Strategy adopted last year, which defined the Mission thereof, as identification and development of young leaders and talents to ensure the human capital of the Company's sustainable development.
In 2017, the Company replaced standard seminars of the Central Council of Young Professionals with the arrangement of two major innovation and educational forums for the business unit “Development and Production” and for the Downstream Business Unit “Oil and Gas Processing, Tire Business, RCC (Retail Network)”. Joint work with the heads of the TATNEFT’s business areas, as well as with the invited experts, enriched the professional skills of the young people. This was confirmed by the victory of the TATNEFT’s team in the contest of the Russian Energy Week among the industrial enterprises of the fuel and energy complex.
The plans for the next [provide for planned for replicating this experience of holding innovation and educational forums to other areas of industrial activity, such as IT, oil service, work with personnel, innovation, entrepreneurship, etc.

Based on the results of the project session held with the participation of the youth leaders, new ideas were proposed for implementing in the work of the youth organization, including the establishment of the Youth Talent Management Center, the Company’s own TV YouTube channel, development and introduction of a mobile application for organizing the activities of the youth organization, etc.
The conference members re-elected Renat Mamin as Chairman of the PJSC TATNTEFT’s Youth Committee and Dmitry Grabovetsky as Chairperson of the Central Council of Young Professionals.
During the conference, there was a ceremony of rewarding the young professionals who had made a significant contribution to the implementation of the Company’s policy.
