OREANDA-NEWS. A working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, and Wolfgang Buechele, Chief Executive Officer of Linde, took place today at the Eastern Economic Forum 2016 in Vladivostok.

The parties discussed ongoing and future bilateral cooperation, focusing on, inter alia, the construction of the Amur gas processing plant (GPP). Engineering surveys for the GPP's first start-up complex have already been conducted. Among other things, test piles were driven in order to calculate the foundation parameters for the process equipment. The manufacturing of the core equipment for the first start-up complex continues, along with the development of the engineering documentation for cryogenic gas separation facilities.

In addition, the meeting participants addressed the prospects for partnership in Russia-based projects for equipment manufacturing localization and mid-scale LNG production.
