OREANDA-NEWS. Five small Russian oil companies began supplying oil to Belarus. In March their total volume will be about 200 thousand tons.

This was announced by the press secretary of the concern Belneftekhim Alexander Tishchenko. “In accordance with the previously agreed delivery schedule, oil supplies to Belarusian refineries from five Russian companies have begun,” he said, adding that “they did not deliver oil to Belarus earlier.” “The total volume in March from these companies will be about 200 thousand tons,” Tishchenko specified. At the same time, he confirmed that deliveries are made at a price without a premium, which Minsk insisted on. However, the press secretary did not name companies engaged in it.

As for possible deliveries from small Russian companies in April, work remains to be done on this issue, taking into account the situation on the world oil market.

Deliveries of Russian oil to Belarusian refineries were stopped on January 1, since Russia and Belarus did not conclude an agreement on terms of supply for this year.
