OREANDA-NEWSAt negotiations with the Russian Federation, Belarus proposes to lay in the tariff for the transit of Russian oil losses from a decrease in its transportation volumes caused by the situation with "dirty" raw materials. This was announced on Thursday by the chairman of the Belneftekhim concern Andrei Rybakov.

Belarus also expects to resolve the issue of compensation for losses from "dirty oil" before the end of this year. “For the time being, we are conducting normal work with our colleagues on a final settlement. There is no deadline, but we, of course, would like to enter the new year from scratch”, Rybakov said.

Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Finance of Russia will present to the government a report on the effectiveness of the provision of benefits to oil companies in 2019. This was announced by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Anton Siluanov, speaking at a government meeting.
