OREANDA-NEWS. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko ordered the government to negotiate and sign an agreement with Kazakhstan on oil supplies. This was reported by the press service of the head of state.

The politician meant trade and economic cooperation in the supply of petroleum products to Belarus, as well as a draft agreement and signing of the document after reaching an arrangement.

The representatives of the presidential administration mentioned that Lukashenko had already named Kazakhstan among the countries from which oil supplies could be organized. “This issue was discussed among other issues in October last year during the official visit of the head of Belarusian state to Kazakhstan,” the statement of press service says.
