OREANDA-NEWS. Moscow and Minsk have found a temporary scheme (for the period of negotiations) for resuming supplies to oil refineries of Belarus using one-off batches of fuel from the resources of independent suppliers. This was reported by TASS news agency citing a source in government circles of Russia.

“The Belarusian side… proposed the option of a one-time supply of oil from the resources of independent suppliers in order to increase the reserves of raw materials at oil refineries during the negotiations. This option is being worked out quickly, and we are expecting to finalize the agreements on it in the near future,” the journalists’ interlocutor said.

Earler, the Deputy Chairman of the Belneftekhim company, Andrey Bunakov, said that the Belarusian side will fulfill its obligations to export oil products, despite the temporary suspension of their transportation outside the country.
