Fundamental approaches to the regulation of the oil industry, adopted in the 1990s, when work was carried out mainly on large fields equipped in the Soviet era, today, in the era of “difficult” oil, require revision. It was previously reported that in 2018, production increased to 556 million tons, offsetting the backlog of 2017.
