OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2016. What’s the best way to join forces and solve the most important problems we all face? Compassion.

That’s why we’ve designated Friday, October 7 as Compassion Day at Dreamforce.  We’re also incorporating this ethos all week by offering a variety of mindfulness and meditation sessions. At the Compassion Day session, hear from brilliant, multi-disciplinary, world-changing leaders and thinkers about the value of compassion in our everyday lives. Throughout Dreamforce week, embrace mindfulness through daily meditations and sessions tailored around incorporating it in bite-sized ways. Learn how to harness the potential of compassion to create meaning and extraordinary impact in your work, your life, and our world.

Some of our special guests include more than 20 monastics from Plum Village Monastery in France, as well as Elizabeth Gilbert (author of Eat, Pray, Love), Daniel Goleman (author of Emotional Intelligence: Why It Can Matter More Than IQ), Larry Brilliant (a leader at the World Health Organization), Dr. Nadine Burke Harris (CEO of Center for Youth Wellness), and others.

Check out our full programming for Mindfulness and Compassion during all four days of Dreamforce.
