OREANDA-NEWS. Act-On Software, the leading provider of marketing automation for fast-growing businesses, today shared its latest UK customer wins, including training and management development provider Indigo Business Services Limited, financial advisory firm Lane Clark & Peacock, and integrated marketing agency, LEWIS.

These gains come close on the heels of expanded partnerships with digital marketing agencies like Beanstalk, the Creation Agency, and Terry Forsey Consulting -- proof positive of marketing automation's impact at a global level, as more and more businesses worldwide turn to Act-On to orchestrate multi-channel engagements at scale.

Marketing automation adoption rates in the EU have been fast on the rise in recent years. In a Forrester Research report from July 2016, 77% of European decision-makers surveyed pointed to marketing automation as an area for further investment. This is significant when one considers the traits that make marketing in the EU so unique: federated organizations, an emphasis on channel partners, a focus on relationship marketing, and an array of complex data security and privacy regulations.

As more companies in the EU have turned to marketing automation, Act-On has prioritized investments in international data privacy and accessibility standards. Recently, Act-On became the first vendor focused solely on marketing automation to achieve EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Certification, a framework designed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and European Commission to ensure consistent standards of data protection on both sides of the Atlantic. Additionally, in 2015, the company opened a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany, to enable users in the region to choose how their data is processed and stored.

Act-On's commitment to trust and compliance speaks for itself. Thirty-eight percent of the company's current UK customer base came aboard in 2015 alone, and 15 percent of its overall customer base is now centred in the EU.

"We're thrilled at the progress we've made and excited for what's to come," says Jens Vang-Lauridsen, Act-On's VP and EMEA & APAC Sales. "We now power more than a billion touch-points monthly for 4,800 businesses worldwide. Global demand for marketing automation is growing."

UK businesses are turning to Act-On in record numbers to create and execute marketing campaigns and orchestrate strategic engagements at scale with prospects and customers alike.
