"From August 1, to tighten this measure - to accept guests only with a certificate of vaccination, with the exception of those who have medical contraindications," the governor added.

“Now in the region we see an increase in the number of cases of COVID-19, the number of hospitalizations is increasing. Our task is to protect the health of people and preserve the economy of the region, ”he wrote.
