"Now in the region we see an increase in the number of cases of COVID-19, the number of hospitalizations is increasing," Kondratyev wrote in his Telegram channel.
"In this regard, we made a decision from July 1 to accept vacationers in hotels, hotels, boarding houses, sanatoriums and children's camps, only if they have a negative PCR test or a document confirming vaccination against coronavirus," he wrote.
"From August 1, to tighten this measure - to accept guests only with a certificate of vaccination, with the exception of those who have medical contraindications," the governor added.
“Now in the region we see an increase in the number of cases of COVID-19, the number of hospitalizations is increasing. Our task is to protect the health of people and preserve the economy of the region, ”he wrote.
On June 24, for the first time since January of this year, more than 20 thousand cases of coronavirus were detected in Russia.
