OREANDA-NEWS. In an interview with Radio Sputnik, Alexey Mukhin, general director of the Center for Political Information, spoke about the specific financial features of the coronavirus pandemic in Russia and told how much the country's residents have to save during this difficult period.

As he argues, the experience of other countries shows that excessive restrictions do not help to abruptly stop the spread of coronavirus. It should be borne in mind that the infection mutates, it has become focal, that is, it hits certain categories of the population.

According to Alexander Mukhin, the population of Russia is now spending its financial reserves, which people had made earlier. At the same time, in the spring in quarantine, citizens gained invaluable experience that there is no need to buy buckwheat and toilet paper, there is no shortage of food.

According to them, the financial difficulties during the pandemic should have shown that Russians need to learn to structure their income and expenses.

In addition, Alexander Mukhin added that Russians are more likely to expect office optimization in the future, because many employers liked the remote work mode of employees, which costs them less.
