“The company is discussing five options for the name. Applications for registration have already been submitted to Rospatent. But there is still no final decision on which one will be chosen. None of the names are similar to McDonald's. Most likely, it will be chosen similar in consonance with the well-known advertising slogan of the network, ”a source told the Moscow City News Agency.
From the materials of Rospatent, it follows that McDonald's has applied for registration of the brands Only Tak, Fun and Tasty, That Same and Svobodnaya Kassa. Another request was not found.
At the same time, RTVI stated that the names of Moskotlet, Mosburger, RUSDONALD'S, Roscotlet and Mosdonalds appear in the Rospatent database.
