This was told by Russian nutritionist Mikhail Ginzburg in an interview with People's News.

«First of all, vitamin D is rich in marine fish, for example, mackerel and herring. These types of fish are inexpensive, but contain a large amount of the necessary vitamin, as well as amino acids. Various berries have anti-clotting properties — raspberries, cranberries and blackberries», Ginzburg listed.

According to him, berries can be added to tea or mousse. The nutritionist also advised to eat more foods with an anti-inflammatory effect: for example, bread, cereals, nuts and dairy products.
