OREANDA-NEWS. The website of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia has information about what Russian tourists will need to enter the territory of Qatar.

Since October 6, Qatar begins to receive Russian tourists vaccinated with the domestic drug "Sputnik V". To enter the country, you will need to present a certificate of vaccination for a period of no more than one year from the date of receipt of the second dose — the document must be in English. You also need to have a PCR test with you, valid for no more than 72 hours.

In addition, you must have a special antibody test after vaccination, made no more than 30 days before your trip to Qatar. Fully vaccinated tourists are exempt from this rule, provided that the last dose of the drug was administered at least 14 days ago.

Among other things, at least 24 hours before arrival in the country, all documents must be uploaded to the state portal, as well as install and activate the EHTERAZ mobile application.

Children from 4 to 12 years old accompanied by at least one fully vaccinated parent must present a PCR test, children under 4 years old are exempt from this rule, over 12 years old - conditions of entry as adults.

On September 21, Russia resumed flights with Iraq, Spain, Kenya and Slovakia. In addition, the number of flights to Hungary, Kazakhstan and Qatar, which are already open to visitors, has increased.
