OREANDA-NEWS Shanghai Disneyland has opened today, on June 30, after more than a three-month hiatus, Xinhua reports. The park was closed due to the coronavirus infection. Now its work is allowed again amid an improvement in the epidemiological situation in the city.

It was possible to buy a ticket to Disneyland from June 29th. At the entrance, visitors must present a negative test result taken no later than 72 hours ago, wear face masks and have their temperature taken.

Shanghai has also let restaurants and other catering establishments reopen.

Restaurants located in areas where there are no epidemiological risk zones, and where there has not been a single case of COVID-19 infection over the past week, can begin serving customers directly in the establishments, according to the instructions of the city authorities. However, the capacity of these catering outlets will be 50-70% of the maximum. Visitors are required to present a "green" health QR code and a negative test result at the entrance of the restaurant.

No new cases of localized COVID-19 infection were detected in Shanghai on Monday and Tuesday, the city health committee said.

In March, Shanghai authorities announced the largest lockdown in two years.
