OREANDA-NEWS  The villa in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin on the French Riviera, owned by designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana until 2012, is up for sale. As RBC-Nedvizhimost was told in the elite real estate agency Savills, the lot is being sold for € 17 million. 

The area of ​​the three-storey villa is 437 sq. m, the windows offer panoramic views of the Bay of Cap Martin. The house has five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and spacious podium-shaped terraces with sea views. There are a swimming pool, a guest house, a garage, a terrace with a gym, a pétanque court and a staff room on the territory. 

Savills clarifies that during the restoration of the house there were used the latest materials, equipment and lighting solutions. 

The owner of the villa, whose name is not disclosed by consultants and is not found in open sources, has retained all the key elements of the D&G interior, including the podium on the terrace which was used by the designers for impromptu fashion shows to guests. Now there is a recreation area.
