OREANDA-NEWS. According to the rating published by the Forbes magazine on November, 24, Yandex topped the rating of the 50 best employers in Russia.

As it was explained in the Forbes magazine publication, the rating included companies that received the highest scores on the following metrics: salary, working conditions, social benefits, in-house training, job creation, infrastructure investments, demand, environmental concerns and charity. Also this year, a survey of experts had an impact on the final score.

By the combination of these factors, with a final score of 63.9, Yandex with its 74.2 thousand employees took first place, the second place was taken by the diamond mining company Alrosa with 63.7 points and 65.3 thousand employees, in third place turned out to be Tinkoff Bank, which earned 61.2 points and 73.4 thousand employees. The fourth place was taken by Sibur Holding, with a final score of 61.1 (this company employs 85.4 thousand employees), the fifth place in the rating belongs to Gazprombank, with a final result of 60.5 points.

The top ten also included Splat with 59.6 points, VTB with 59.3 points, Sberbank with 59.2 points, MTS with 58.6 points, and Polyus, with a total of 58.4 points.
