OREANDA-NEWS. Gazpromneft-Aero, operator of the Gazprom Neft aviation refueling business, has signed a new agreement for the refueling of international flights from Ekaterinburg to Dubai at Koltsovo International Airport (Ekaterinburg). flydubai, whose fleet now comprises 58 Boeing 737-800 aircraft, operates up to four flights a week from Ekaterinburg.

Refuelling operations at Ekaterinburg airport are undertaken from the new Gazpromneft-Aero refuelling complex commissioned in August 2016 - the company having obtained all licence and other necessary documentation. Technological equipment at the refuelling complex is fully automated and compliant with all Russian and international standards, with workplace and environmental safety front of mind in its construction.

Gazpromneft-Aero also fulfils refuelling services for flydubai aircraft at Vnukovo International Airport (Moscow), and Manas International Airport (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan).

Gazpromneft-Aero is a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft. The company has been involved in aircraft refuelling and the "wing-tip" supply of aviation fuels since 1st January 2008. Gazpromneft Aero has been an aviation-fuel strategic partner of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since December 2008. All of the company’s refuelling complexes are now fully compliant with the highest IATA quality standards ("Green"). The company provides aviation refuelling services at more than 200 airports throughout 60 countries.
