Germany has Become the Leader in Sales of Electric Vehicles in Europe

OREANDA-NEWS The German car market showed the best results in sales of electric vehicles in Europe in the first half of 2019.
From January to June in Germany were registered 48 thousand electric vehicles. Thus, Germany overtook the segment leader in this indicator, Norway, where the figure was 44 thousand cars.
However, the share of sales of electric vehicles in the German market is only 2.6%, and in Norway - more than 50%.
World leaders in sales of electric vehicles in the first half of the year were China with the result of 628 thousand cars and the USA - 149 thousand cars. In Russia, in January-May, sales of electric vehicles amounted to 119 cars.
Recall that the fastest growing in Europe are the segments of electric cars and SUV. The highest growth in sales market experts say in clean electric cars.
