OREANDA-NEWS  The Vice-President of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) Dmitry Gorin said that after August 27, flights from 23 subjects of the Russian Federation out of 46 possible should start flying to Egypt. 

Gorin noted that half of the quotas belong to Egyptian air carriers which are not ready to fly from many Russian subjects. 

"Although, for example, the carrier FlyEgypt requested Samara and St. Petersburg" as he said. 

Earlier, the operational headquarters of the Russian Federation to combat the pandemic decided to expand from August 27 limits on air travel from Russia to Egypt. In particular, the number of flights from Moscow increased from 20 to 60, and from 46 cities were allowed to operate four flights a week. 

It is noted that charter flights are still suspended. The decision to resume them can be made no earlier than August 27.
