25.5 Million Protective Masks from China delivered to Russia

OREANDA-NEWS. A Russian military aircraft delivered a large batch of personal protective masks from China. This was reported in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
“An An-124 aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces delivered 25.5 million individual protective masks from the People’s Republic of China to Chkalovsky airfield”, the Russian military said. On March 19, the Russian government approved a list of 36 medical devices, for which a special procedure for state registration in the country is being established.
Earlier, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that Russian industry needs to increase production and accelerate the production of medical devices, which are now in high demand. In particular, for this, a green corridor should be introduced for the supply of essential goods to Russia.
