OREANDA-NEWS. The meeting of the Commission was chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Vladimir Makei, and by the Minister of Forestry and Water Resources of Turkey, Veysel Eroglu.

During the plenary session of the Commission, the sides discussed a wide range of issues of mutual interest in bilateral cooperation, including interaction in trade and investment, industry, agriculture and forestry, transport and logistics, science and technology, tourism.

The agreements reached during the session of the Commission were reflected in the final Protocol.

In addition to that, a number of bilateral documents were signed during the meeting, including those on cooperation in the field of forestry, water resources, meteorology, free economic zones.

On July 27, during the negotiations between the Co-Chairs of the Commission, V.Makei and V.Eroglu, the sides reaffirmed a friendly character, high level and a positive dynamics of the development of the bilateral relations between Belarus and Turkey, a significant potential of mutually beneficial cooperation.
